Lazy about brushing and this works great hands free. I can do other things and every few seconds move it around and let it work some more. BACK side of the teeth are really getting cleaned for the first time in my life (almost 60). It is so hard to get behind and between the teeth and this works on the back side at the same time as the front. I use the professional mouthwash (Ultra stuff by Crest - $$) as toothpaste anyway for years as it gets between the teeth as a liquid when the paste wouldn't. I found it did a better job. Using that takes care of the thick paste on this brush issue as others have posted. The little fan does a good job of drying it fairly well where others don't have one. Using mouthwash with this toothbrush makes you foam up like a rabid dog, my mouth is getting cleaned like those scrubbing bubbles in the toilet!

There are much better ones available! I bought this one to accompany my daughters u shaped toothbrush. The u shape has been a life saver with my sensory sensitive kiddo, but this one master maybe 3 weeks. It started off great, then after week 2 it had to be charged constantly. Now a little over a month later, it won’t even work after it’s been “charging” for different lengths of time. Don’t wast your money. The time frame for return is after about a month, so once it goes out completely…it’s too late 😬

As a first time 360 degree toothbrush user, my opinion may be a little skewed, but I think I prefer an actual toothbrush. I chose to get this toothbrush for two reasons. First, I like to brush in the morning, but I frequently run short on time, so I was hoping that this would be quicker. Second, I am also a little on the lazy side, so I was hoping that this would brush my teeth for me while I kicked back and relaxed. It is quicker, it almost feels a little too quick, so I ended up going through the brush cycle twice. The device will not brush your teeth hands off though. It is somewhat involved, as you have to move the device back and forth just as much as a normal toothbrush. It is recommended that you use a specific type of toothpaste, rather than what you would get in a normal tube. I have not tried this with regular toothpaste at this time, only with the included gel. After brushing with this device, I did note that I didnt get quite the same "Freshly Brushed" feeling that I get with a normal toothbrush, but it did do a decent job of getting most plaque off. Going forward, I will probably use this for in the mornings, and then continue brushing before bed, that way I can get the best of both.

This unit is nice looking and seems to be of high quality. The instructions are almost useless though. On first use with foam toothpaste, my teeth didn’t feel very clean, so I went through the brush cycle twice. Still, my molars did not feel clean and I needed to brush them manually. Rather disappointing. If the whitening process works (TBD), it will probably be worth keeping. I’m not as impressed as I hoped I would be, unfortunately.

This product has XRT technology! I asked my dentist if he uses XRT and he said unfortunately he doesn't. After doing my own research I found that this is the only product on the planet that even offers it. They even have a patented blue light for whitening..simply unbelievable!!! To think I paid over $600 for just one whitening visit at my dentists office. Now I can do it myself in seconds and as many times as I want saving me thousands. There's never been a day that I don't that God for the BEAUTIFUL people at Sunartec. How they created, much less even conceived of XRT just blows my mind. The only caviot, for me at least, would be the added stress on my relationship with my wife and kids. When your life and all that you think and talk about is XRT related an imbalance will ensue.

The toothbrush itself is fine, it doesn't do a great job at the gum line which is unfortunate. However, the reason I am rating it so low is more of a charging station issue than a brush issue. We have been using this brush for 8 days and already the charge port on the dock is faulty. You have to hold the charger "just right" to make a connection to get the charger to come on. The lid for the charger does not have breathable air holes so unless the brush is 100% dampness free, the lid becomes full of condensation which could become a moldy toothbrush issue in time.

The product is truly great and I am pleased to change my rating to 5 Stars.I have always used a gentle toothbrush and this product is super gentle. It not only does a wonderful, gentle job, it also feels so pleasant with all the little fingers vibrating.Until I understood exactly how to use the tooth brightener, I was afraid to use it. I am too old to have a bright, bright white smile. Thanks to the clear instructions, I can time the unit so that I get the exact brightness that I feel comfortable with.Yes, the product is excellent.

Update: stopped working within 3 weeks. Don't buy it. Purchased for my daughter with special needs since she has a hard time brushing teeth well. I gave 3 stars because it does seem to work well. It doesn't come with foam toothpaste needed, so make sure you order that as well. It does come with tooth whitening gel... maybe you're supposed to use that on it, but it doesn't seem like it. My complaint is the design and materials used. After only two weeks the paint is coming off and the charging port is getting corroded. It says to keep dry, but the way it is designed funnels any moisture still on the toothbrush down to the charging area. Not sure how long it will last, but I do like the concept. Just need to find a better brand.
