Not as good as my previous brand
As to the product itself - I bought it to replace a similar product brand I had used for several years which was good (that was also a 3m aluminium version). This one is much heavier which will make it less easy to use especially when full of water. The product quality is not as good - the hose connection seems very flimsy and I am sure it will snap if any pressure is place on the joint. I am not sure it will last as long as the old one I had. My major gripe is the delivery - tooltime used Fedex 24. It was delivered 3 days late and Fedex (Yate) adjusted the tracking history to show delivery was attempted twice - this was a complete fabrication as we were home and no delivery was attempted at the times / dates shown. Wouldn't use tooltime again due to the really bad Fedex delivery experience. Katie at tooltime at least replied to say she would try and help with Fedex if they didn't deliver on day 3 (thank you) but the experience wasn't great from a customer perspective.

Cue comments like ‘I’ve not been this wet since…’ It does the job. Tip one, don’t turn your tap on full, it leaks. Good reach and sturdy when extended. I’ll leave now, the entendres are too tempting.

This product does not reach a standard semi bedroom window
Does not reach upstairs windows. Rubbish!!
