Any suggestions on brackets to mount this on a forklift?

It has two holes for screws in the bottom. Mount on a flat surface or install a flat piece of metal to mount it to. Mine are mounted to the rollover protection cage.

Does this include wiring harness and a rocker switch?

it has two wires, red and black, approximately 12 inches long for use tieing into the vehicles wiring ... there is no rocker switch with this light

will this work on a 12v battery?

"Positive/negative Hard Cable to Attached Any Vehicles and Devices Equipped with A 10-110V Power Source". ...this is from the actual web site from the manufacturer on this product .... so if you actually read the information you would be able to answer your own question ... in case you failed to read and understand the above information, the answer is YES ... now get someone with with a little electrical knowledge to help you install this product

what is the minimum voltage this will operate on? I want to use a battery to run the light that is less than 12 volts
