Were big enough to go around a 2" pvc pipe attaching it to a 1" diameter pipe.

Worm Drive Clamps
These clamps may be stainless steel, but their worm drive mechanism just doesn't work as smoothly as more expensive clamps. However, they may be fine for some jobs when you can't afford paying for top quality clamps costing twice the price. Also, they don't seem to daisy chain together easily when you use two clamps to fit a bigger pipe etc. Maybe some WD-40 lubricant would help. Try some and they may be fine for your application, but I needed better quality.
