Just love these shot glasses! I am a fan of tequila, but not of a messy salt rim on a glass. These are a perfect solution! I tested them with water first to see if they would leak, and they certainly do not! When used with tequila, they add a lovely, nuanced salt flavor rather that the salt blast you get with a glass or the salt on your thumb. They clean easily, and store well. I can see other uses for them as well, for condiments that do better with a touch of salt, say butter or caramel? They will definitely see use in my house, and I will give them as gifts, too!

The media could not be loaded.  These are seriously SO cool!! So I bought these Himalayan Salt Glasses because I saw them at a friends house and had to have them. Just got them in a couple days ago and gave them a try today. First of all, I was little concerned about where or not they would "over salt" the Tequila, but after trying it, it was PERFECT. Plus you also get an additional salt lik from the rim when you shoot it. Second the weight and quality of the glasses is on par with what I have come to expect from Cestari Kitchens products ... absolutely superb, with a definite attention to detail. I am going to order more because these are going to be awesome to have for parties!

I just received my package of shot glasses and I was highly disappointed to find that one of them was about the third of the size of the other. Not only that but the larger one was cracked completely through on the bottom to the point where it's not even usable. The outside of the box is not damaged at all so it doesn't look like it's been dropped. Just seems to be poor quality. The smaller one is usable. I was excited to get these. I'm highly disappointed ☹️

I am really enjoying these shot glasses. First, they're pretty. They have that organic-rustic feel that is associated with tequila.My favorite part is the flavor, though. Salt is definitely evident when drinking from them, but it's subtle. Loose salt is messy, can unevenly flavor the shot, and usually cracks my lips. With these shot glasses, the amount of salt is controlled and doesn't get stuck on my lips or fingers.They're not meant for long sipping. The drink will absorb more salt as it sits in the glass, and can result in a really briny solution (very much like when the salt around a margarita rim gets knocked into the glass).For tasting and shots, they're great. I'm looking forward to experimenting with all the types of tequila and mezcal now.

I am so glad I decided to try these tequila shot glasses! I had first heard of salt shot glasses on Oprah a few years ago, but hadn’t been able to find them in our local stores. I am sorry I waited so long. These Cestari shot glasses are amazing! I followed the instructions, and poured the tequila into the glasses right before imbibing, because I like a light salt flavor…and they worked perfectly! I am glad to know that these are pure Himalayan salt, with no additives or binders. It’s nice to know that I’m getting a little health benefit with every shot!The lifetime guarantee for these is also a great benefit…If they ever start to leak or crack, I know I can just contact the company and get a new one!. I know that this is the only set of Himalayan shot glasses I’ll ever need to buy – although I think I probably do need more than 2 to have around for summer barbecues, so I’ll guess I’ll be purchasing more anyway!

These pink salt tequila shot glasses are a special addition to our shot glass collection. The salty taste adds a unique quality to the tequila and our friends were super impressed. We’ve tried others that were more expensive, but they leaked and one even arrived broken. These shot glasses by Cestari Kitchen came sealed in plastic to prevent breakage and they haven’t leaked a bit. We put ours in the freezer along with our tequila for an extra chilled experience. Definitely an A++

A great unique gift idea for someone who has everything! These Himalayan salt shot glasses are very well made in that they are thick and carved out of one piece of a solid salt block, yet has the capacity of a full shot. Each one is unique since no two can ever be the same it the way they are designed, as you can see from the pictures. No need to salt the rim of your glass, just pour the tequila in and use right away for a very flavorful shot! Easy to clean, just rinse under water and hand dry to keep from dissolving. I can see I am going to need more for the holidays, 2 is not enough.

These are the best tequila shot glasses! If you like to add salt to your shot, these are the bomb! No more licking your hand (gross) – just pour the tequila in to the shot glass and bottoms up! I love the flavor salt adds to tequila, so let mine sit about 30 seconds before imbibing. That’s probably more than most people can handle, though, so I wouldn’t recommend that as the longer the tequila sits, the saltier it becomes.They are pretty easy to clean (and yes- I understand that as they are made of salt they will melt if you soak them in water…duh! I just wipe them out with a damp rag, dry them, and then let them sit out until they are dry.I have also tried putting them in the freezer first before using them- that works really well, especially if you are using cheaper tequila- it makes the whole experience smoother. For the good stuff, though, I like to savor the taste, so I don’t bother freezing them first.I see some people complaining about leaks—I guess that can happen as these are made of just salt (with no binders—I guess some of these so called “salt” shot glasses come with plastics inserts, or have salt mixed with some sort of adhesive so that they don’t leak…for me, I’d rather skip the artificial stuff, and am glad to see that these are 100% pure salt. Mine haven’t leaked yet, though, so it hasn’t been an issue
