What a wonderful time my grandchildren and I had making bouncy balls. The kit is easy to use and comes with a variety of colors to create unique bouncy balls. Several different molds allowed the kids to make different sized and shaped bouncy balls. The balls worked well and bounced high in the sky. These homemade creations were durable and last a long time. Clean up was a breeze. Purchase this kit for a fun and exciting time.

The process itself is quite simple with one major problem: I could not put the molds together! For one, they are made of thin cheap feeling plastic and I was afraid if I put too much pressure on them, they'd break! Fortunately my husband was able to do the job so that my daughter could create her first two. Also, FYI, the kit says it makes 24 balls but, although there are 24 packets of crystals, I only used ~1.5 packets to make the first 2 balls. Here's to hoping the molds hold up. Also, there was no way the balls were ready in 40 minutes of dry time. They were much better after several hours, but we waited overnight for good measure. They do bounce, but not very high (I find this a good thing actually, so that hopefully they don't get lost). Like another reviewer, I also found them to be quite small, although comparable to a ball you'd get in one of those toy machines you put quarters in.

I used this for a camp activity and the children enjoyed it. Its easy to make and a good hands on activity.

This product was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of money. I followed the instructions exactly as written, filling the mold to about 90% as directed. The instructions say the material will expand to fill the remaining space, but that never happened. The ball did not fully form and the pieces didn’t stick together properly. Because the mixture never expanded the way the instructions claim, I ended up using most of the powder just trying to make a single ball, and even that one turned out incomplete. The packaging suggests you can make multiple balls from one box, which feels very misleading based on my experience. The instructions are either unclear or the formula simply doesn’t work the way it claims. Either way, the result was a lot of wasted product and a very frustrated kid who was excited to try it. I would not recommend this kit unless the manufacturer fixes the instructions or improves the formula. Right now it does not deliver what it promises.
