My most comfortable sandals
I wear an 8, and ordered these in a Med. They seemed a little short in the heel when I first tried them on (I think my right heel was right at the edge of the shoe), but I was sure the Lg would be way too big, so I kept them. The arch support hit right at the front of my heel, and that was a little uncomfortable for a week or two. But, as I have stretched into them, I now have a full half inch behind my heel before the edge of the sandal, and the arch support is not noticable, so I am glad I did not upsize. I carry them to work every day to wear while I am at my desk, and I change into my "fancy shoes" for meetings. If I go a day without wearing them, my toes feel tight, like they need a stretch, and I can really tell a difference. It is a little odd to not be able to slip right into them, because I have to adjust my little toes around the thongs, but that only takes a second. I started using "yoga toes" stretchers when I was practicing yoga, but wearing these is so much more practical, and they are so comfortable. I am so glad I ordered them, and I will definitely be getting another pair for spring. I just wish they came in a style that was a little dressier for office wear, because they definitely get noticed.

Replaced an older pair
I get pedicures every month. I had completely worn out my old pair. I like these better because they have a thinner sole.

Only shoes I wear at home.
I've been wearing yoga sandals for about 8 years and they are really comfortable and give great cushioning support. That being said, there is a breaking in period of a month or two. Not for the sandals but for your feet. Most feet aren't used to having the little separators between each toe and you have to start out slowly by only wearing them a few minutes a day at first and then work up to more time from there, until you can wear them all day and they feel great. I've been through 3 pair now because over time and wear one of the little toe separators will come loose or break. Mine usually last a bout two to three years before needing to be replaced but I wear them a lot. Whenever I get home, my shoes come off and the yoga sandals go on. Sometimes I will wear them for a quick trip to the store but they are mostly worn around the house and yard at home.

These sandals have exceeded my expectations.
I have trouble finding shoes as I have arthritis in my feet. Dansko clogs and sandals are about the only shoes I can wear for any length of time because they have rigid soles. I try to avoid bending my toes in an effort to avoid another surgery. I can never wear flip-flops because I can't use my toes to hold them on. Yoga sandals are just amazing. They separate each toe so that the weight and pressure on the foot is evenly distributed and each toe can work as I guess it was meant to. I wear them even when it is cold out as I find my feet stay warm even though they are exposed - perhaps because each part of the foot is working and the circulation is good. I am able to walk in a much more carefree and enjoyable way when I have them on. They are cheap enough that you can certainly afford to give them a try. I plan to order another pair or two so that I won't be without them if these wear out - which, so far, they have not shown an inclination to do, but they are mostly made of foam rubber so I guess that could be an issue in the future. I have never liked wearing thongs and that has taken some getting used to, but it has been worth it.

Years ago I purchased yoga sandals(named:spa sandals back then) & they were Heaven under your feet. These yoga sandals were not true to the size medium & they were extremely painful. Word for word their instructions. If you do purchase, here's the instructions you'll get later if you do need to return the product.1.Return with 30 days of receipt. Toe dividers are...strange.
The dividers are noticeably awkward when the sandals are worn on the feet. I might even go as far to say that they are slightly uncomfortable. The size of the shoe fits nicely, though. Plenty of room for wider feet like mine. I imagine these shoes become more comfortable the more frequently they are worn, but I do not believe that they are worth the price that I paid for them. I would recommend that any prospective buyer of these shoes investigate other options.

I was in a very bad car accident over a year ago
I was in a very bad car accident over a year ago. I didn't want to use pain meds. I have pain 24/7 in my knees, legs and feet...been wearing them for 2 weeks now and they have made a HUGE difference in my pain level. I am more balanced on my feet and feel I walk correctly again...before I was always compensating for the pain in my legs and always having my right side of my foot roll over...now that doesn't happen anymore.. They took some time to get use too, but well worth it. I am totally impressed!

Resolved foot issues
Love my sandals. Helped with bunions and hammer toes that were starting. Visibly enjanced the inner calf muscle tone and are very cushy. Wish the toe dividers had a slight less rigid material. They are not uncomfortable but could be more comfortable. Have flat, wide feet. Took
