It's a patio and path and drain cleaner! Not to be used for plants at all!

Does this smell like jeyes?

it doesn't smell like Jeyes it is more Aniseed quite a pleasant smell i use it on stinky drains i find it good value half the price of Jeyes albeit a little thinner than Jeyes

Does it repel cats from coming in garden, normally use jayes fluid and that works but too expensive now

Should do. I have both makes, Liquipak & Jayes and they seem to do the job of keeping drains from smelling so should do the same for cats!!
