The chair is pretty comfortable with good cushions to help support you for extended periods. Assembly was fairly easy and straightforward.However if you are a taller person(or heavier) there are a couple of things I feel I must point out. At 6 ft 2 in tall and 300 lbs I found that the arms of the chair were a little short even at their highest setting and when I was sitting in the chair I noticed a little bit of a wobble. Other than those two details I have enjoyed the chair so far and feel like this was a good purchase.

I bought this chair and shipping was much faster than expected. This chair was straightforward to put together. The instructions were clear and I was able to put it together alone, though two people would have made assembly easier. As far as support, this chair is the bomb. I am 6'5 and my head can rest against the back of the chair. The lumbar and the head pillows provide great support. I found for my height, I was able to place the pillow around the top of the chair versus through the holes and it provides fantastic head and neck support. Recline function works very well, and even a large person like me can use it. Overall, I recommend this chair for office workers and gamers who like good support. You might want a little more cushion for long periods of sitting for additional comfort.

I like the back and head support cushions; which was the primary reason I bought it to update an older chair. The chair was easy enough to assemble. The arm rests are very adjustable. The only drawback I've found is that the wheels could use better bearings so that they rolled easier, and the wheel supports should be longer (to stick our farther from center) as the chair sometimes does not roll as expected when you move it and will start to tip over; better wheels, wheel bushings or longer support arms would all help keep it stable.

Came as pictured. Some of the metal was scratched and the lube had gunk on it, but nothing a wipe can’t pick up. Assembly was tricky because the cloth of the seat didn’t match to the screw holes so had to wiggle everything around but other than that it took me 45 minutes maybe an hour to get it all together. Seems sturdy so far and height can be adjusted a decent amount. Overall a good chair for a good price.

I bought this chair as a gift for my wife. She loved it! The chair was fairly easy to assemble. I followed the instructions carefully and to the letter. It looks awesome! It's pretty stable and sturdy. As you can see in the photos, I customized the chair, making it her very own. I can't speak on durability, being that I just got it. I can say, it does appear to be of very good quality. Would recommend. 👌

The chair is definitely built for tall people and has a wide seat. Was not particularly easy to assemble but won't say it was too bad, the guide did have the screw type wrong but other than that it was well written.The chair looks good after assembly, a little too big for my liking but since I am 6'3 I think it has to be a little big for tall people.The seat cushioning is really good but on the firm side which I like but the back feels like it has no cushioning at all.The other annoying thing is the reclining mechanism that came with some fresh grease on it and no matter how much I was careful I could see some of it on the other parts of the chair.My biggest issue is with the arm rests that are on the narrow side on their tops. Since I have a habit of resting my elbows on them the narrow width of it makes it difficult and they have no padding and just hard plastic.The neck pillow is also a little too thick for my liking so I took it off for now.Was expecting a little more from a chair over 150$.But kudos to Amazon for delivering it right when I needed it, this was the one with the fastest delivery times and it was dropped at my door within that time.

early father's day gift been using it about a week now, easy assembly took me about 20 minutes. chair cushion feel a little stiff and I don't feel to comfortable leaning back to far feels like will topple over . other than that I guess I am some what satisfied . sturdy construction with wide seat, arm rest take time too get use to. well that's my review

The Bad: Once assembled the chair was off kilter and not aligned properly. I thought little of it because it wasn't significant enough to notice when looking at it.When sitting (from a males perspective) it is uncomfortable. It squeezes your legs together, and the cushioning by your thighs is nowhere near soft. So you get this grating sensation after sitting on it for more than 10mins.If you get used to that, the foam material on the arm rests is very thin. After 5-6 months of usage (very little at that) it gave at the seam and exposed the metal inside. Causing for an irritating scratch not on the by the metal but also by the foam which should be soft.After that, the integrity of the very small frame that supports the entirety of the seat and back...(which I thought was questionable to have the whole chair depending on a small focal point therefore weight was not distributed equally) literally tore at the seam as well (see pic). But, I guess you get what you pay for. Also when you lean back in the chair after making the adjustment, there's no weight by your legs so toppling is easier to do accidentally, rather than intentionally.And to put the FINAL nail in the coffin. In their feedback section they say "Quality is our goal and if you have any problems, please reach out to our customer service line for help." There is no customer service number. Don't believe me? Try looking it up. It's not on Amazon nor in Google.The Good: Easy to assemble. Aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Takes up little space.

The instructions were very basic, which lead to some "guesswork". It is probably best to put it together with 2 people, to hold while installing certain pieces.After long hours sitting in it, I do get a numb bum. I am not a small person. I also find that wheels do not move overly easy. There are times when I try to move forward with the chair and it tips if I don't be careful. Other than that, the arms are movable, up and down, which is convenient if you want it to fit under the desk or table when you're not sitting in it.Sturdy manufactured. I did find the vinyl seat does cause you "stick" or perspire.Overall, I'm happy with the chair.

Wonderful product. The only thing I'm not a fan of is that the chair doesn't seem to lock into the base so, if you lift it, it comes off. Other than that, beautiful and simple, comfortable and pretty. A little challenging to assemble solo but very doable. The boyfriend loves it so much, he's basically stolen it.

Easy to assemble, thickness is good. My height is 5'.5" and its perfectly fine for me. Make sure you follow the instructions manual very carefully every step. Very comfy.
