This review will include the most bizarre situation I have ever experienced on Amazon, but firstly and most importantly, if you are even remotely classed as 'tall' , this product is not for you. I am 6ft tall, with a 31 inch inside leg, and at the seat post's highest, and furthest back setting, it is at least 3 inches too short, and that would be just to make it comfortable and biomechanically safe to use. For optimal setting and knee extension, it is 4-5 inches too short. Seriously, I don't care what you have read in the Q&A- I read them too, and with respect, the people saying 'I'm tall and it's fine for me', either have no idea about correct bike set up/adjustments, or have short tiny legs, and massive long torsos, like Johnny Bravo.My wife is 5' 5" , and she has it on it's maximum seat height, and mid range lateral setting.That being said, if you are of diminutive stature, then there is a lot to like about this bike. It is excellent quality, robust, has a nice smooth quiet belt/wheel. It arrived ahead of schedule, only 4 days after order was placed - a week ahead of schedule, and it is very easy to assemble.As an object, it is a lot of bike for the money, and I was very disappointed to find it unusable for my size, and was sad I needed to return it.Now this is where the bizarre bit begins. I contact the seller directly, explaining the situation, and my need to return it. I get a prompt reply, empathetic, and seeking to help, but also effectively saying I can't return it as 'cost would be too high', and 'It may get lost on it's journey due to Covid situation' . They then continue with the suggestion that I could 'sell it on' or have I considered 'giving it to a friend' !!!??? I replied that I cannot just give a £200 bike away and absorb the loss, nor will I get remotely it's purchase price as a used item. I also remind them of my statutory right to a return and refund.Again, a contrite and polite response arrives quickly, but essentially saying the same thing, but offering me £50 compensation for keeping the bike. I reply that this is not satisfactory, and a negotiation ensues that sees me now keeping the bike, and having a 50% refund.So I am 100 quid down, on a bike that only my wife can use. She is happy with it, and I am looking in to having a friend use his welding skills to extend the seat post to make it possible for me to also.I'm afraid that I really can't give it more than 1 star because of this soap opera, and because they should be very clear about user dimension restrictions to allow informed purchase decisions - especially if they have no ability or intent to accept returns.

Was somewhat sceptical about the quality when I ordered it but have to say overall I'm really happy with it. It's sturdy I'm 6ft and no lightweight but it is a good fit for me and comfortable to use. The saddle is well padded and whilst it doesn't have a particularly heavy fly wheel it provides plenty of resistance. A Peleton it's not but at a tenth of the price it's great value.

Everything advertised about the bike was accurate apart from the pedals. In the photos it shows 'Anti-skid, Anti-Stripping Aluminium Alloy Pedal, But what I received was a pair of plastic ones (See photos) with an ill fitting plastic strap. Apart from that and the fact that it arrived 2 days later than the date of which I paid extra for!...the bike performs well.

Just fits in my guest bedroom nicely. It's very quiet but as soon as the intensity is increased it does this slight clicking noise which can be heard from the living below. Not sure how this would do for those who live in flats with neighbours below. I'm 6ft tall with 36 in side legs and it took a while to adjust the perfect position for me but unfortunately the seat is just not that comfortable. I would love to ride this for hours while watching TV but about 40 mins is my limit before I'm numb. I play rugby and am not the lightest of people and when out the saddle it takes my weight just fine. The only thing it's missing is a phone holder on the bar. I purchased one from ebay for £3. 50 and that works a treat

A really high quality solid exercise bike for a very reasonable price. Easy to assemble, very solid and heavy, this is not the flimsy bike you often see advertised but a proper hard wearing solid piece of kit.

I am not a small person and the bike is more than capable of having me sit on it for long periods of time.It was easy to set up on arrival and any tools needed are part of the package.Would recommend this bike to anyone to use at home.

Excellent packaging. Really easy to put together even though a lack of instructions, it was logical where things had to go together. All tools with it which is excellent. Strong and sturdy and easy to use. Will highly recommend. And most importantly came within a week of ordering.

I have been using the Ajumker excersise bike every day as part of my cardio recovery, since it arrived. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy when in use.
