I work at a school and we use Kenwood radios for staff communication; I was issued a "coiled tube" headset to use and between the horrible audio and the feel of a "squishy earbud" in my ear all day, I was not enjoying that part of my job. This headset works perfectly, the over-the-ear earpiece was a huge improvement for me over the tube version - the audio is perfectly clear and comfortable at a low volume, and the mike keys great and I am heard clearly without having to shout. It didn't do anything to improve the nonsense I am hearing in the radio chatter from my co-workers, but I guess you can't have it all, right?

This earpiece is easy to use, the sound quality is really good. And from my experience I don’t have to have the volume turned up as high on my walkie. The only “issue” I do find to be slightly annoying is that the D shaped ring tends to be slightly too large, as a result the earpiece tends to fall off. To eliminate this from happening, I normally run the earpiece for my glasses through the D shaped hook for this earpiece, the result is that the earpiece does not fall out - as it would otherwise.

Got this ear piece work really good for me till today my mic is not working no more I like it but I’m going to have to order one more

I bought this in early September and it was exactly what I wanted - worked great, fit great. By the 1st of November it no longer worked and of course, is "no longer eligible for return". Such a disappointment! Will NOT buy again. Do NOT recommend.

I bought these in November of last year and I've used it everyday for work. But recently the mic doesn't work anymore. I can hear perfectly and the PTT works, the mic is the only thing that doesn't work anymore. I'm thinking of buying another one, but I'm still not sure. I

I love this!! I'm not jabbing my ear, because the earpiece sits comfortably on the ear. I can also keep the volume turned up on the radio, and I can hear those on the other end of the conversation comfortably.They can also hear me fine, as well. I work for a big box retailer, and will recommend this earpiece from Arama.

The point of this earpiece is that the speaker sits on your ear instead of being inside. It seems like a great idea until you try it. It makes it hard to hear and the earpiece itself doesn't sit on your ear well and is simply uncomfortable.

I bought the wrong earpiece by mistake and when I email the company to see what I can do they were very kind and sent me the one I needed free of charge. The new earpiece works great. I have horrible hearing and I can hear everything with it. The only issues is the back of your ear can get kind of tender after wearing it so long. I work 12 hrs shifts so mine is on a long time. The first couple times I had the keep switching ears but after that no issues.
