Walker's Razor X-TRM Electronic Muff

Tried to return to AMAZON where I bought from and they want to charge me $15.00 shipping WE have had PRIME for years -- BUT maybe NO longer !!!!

The gel earmuffs provide exceptional comfort and sound quality. I frequently compete and can adjust the volume to clearly hear commands.Additionally, my large head is accommodated perfectly, with ample room for both larger and smaller heads. The gel pads ensure comfortable ear placement, making extended use a breeze.

I really enjoy these. They are extremely comfortable for all day use. Sound is clear. These are my go to hearing protection.

The product itself is great. My shooting instructor also had a pair. The gel cups are quite comfortable, and a good seal is paramount to proper hearing protection. The noise isolation worked reliably for every shot, but would also kick in for smaller noise spikes like the racking of a slide or even sometimes a gust of wind, but that's not a problem in my opinion. Stereo hearing is a must have, as opposed to only one microphone on the whole headset. I had no problem hearing my instructor and my environment which is also very important, and the volume can adjusted from subtle to quite loud (for if you double-up with ear plugs).All said, the first few pictures of this listing are for a different product: a SKU with quad-microphones. This product only has DUAL microphones. I don't know what the difference would be, but be aware that as the quad-mic skew is more expensive. Despite this hiccup, I agree with my instructor in that these are a great value, performing as well as a $200+ pair (according to him)

They worked well for about 10 months. Then one day they don't power on. Whatever. I change the batteries. Still won't power on. Opened the battery cap. Tried to take out the batteries and burned my finger. There was a short circuit, and the new batteries were completely dead. Went to their website and filed a warranty claim. 2 Weeks and no response. Called their customer support but got put on a ridiculously long hold. Called again the next day and some guy sent me an email saying to submit the same RMA Information. Replied to that email and still haven't heard back since.At this point, I've given up and I already bought a different set. Don't buy these. Horrible product horrible customer service.

I have tried several different ears muffs but none worked well with a scope. They kept getting pushed aside by the rifle stock. These are extremely thin and don't get pushed aside. Even though they are thinner they still work well at blocking out the noise.

Must have for any serious shooter. I can hear things a mile away but not my gunshots.
