The charging time is very fast—I usually get my AA batteries to around 90% in a little over an hour, depending on their capacity. Had one before and had to get one for myself this time. Works perfectly! Gives on average (use it primarily for mic system) I can use it for multiple days (about 3-5 days depending on how often it's turned off/on). Definitely a favorite for me.

These are a wonderful choice to avoid the waste of conventional cells HOWEVER they only work reliably in limited applications: 3-4 cell flashlights=super!, TV remote control=useless! Haven't tried in wireless telephones because they use specialized batteries. Our big LED wall clocks advise not to use them, but they work fine anyway. These cells are well worth the investment for use in appliances that have compatible current demands. Test first and have a few conventional cells on hand in the event that rechargeables simply aren't up to the task.
