Paper is leaving color

I am using it for wrapping the chapati in steel tiffen box. But after opening the tiffen during lunch, I found color in my tiffen. Bcz this paper leaving color, that is printed on this. I dont think so that the color is on paper is food grade, so how cn this is food grade? Big question mark
