Except you should turn your jeans inside out. I learned the hard way :( Now I have patches of dye on my jeans rendering them unusable. Turn them inside out guys!!!

I accidently got some bleach on my navy blue cotton bathmat, and didn't want to replace it. Dylon was so simple to use - and NO MESS! I tossed the contents of the package in my washing machine with the bathmat, and the mat looks brand new!

This did not really help my faded jeans. I followed the instructions but it made splotches on my jeans. I wouldn't recommend.

Hesitated a bit before buying this, as I was reading lots of reviews about it making a mess of the washing machine. So here's the overall story:I put the dye through on a 40 degree cotton wash, per the instructions. However, on my machine that cycle takes 3.5 hours (!) so when it came to the after wash, I did a 40 degree eco cycle, which takes just over an hour.Colour result was great, it's covered up the bleach marks and it's completely even.There was a fair bit of dye residue on the seal of my machine BUT perhaps if I'd run the full cotton cycle, that might not have been the case.I used a 'magic sponge' first, then put a tiny bit of Persil laundry liquid on a cloth and used that to go around and under the seal, which took off the rest. Was it a faff? Well, yes, but it only took about 20 minutes.I've now run a test wash with a couple of light-coloured tea towels and they've come out fine, so for now I'm saying this product works and I'm happy with it.One other note: I live in a soft water area so there's no limescale build up or residue on my machine. I don't know if being in a hard water area would have any impact on how this dye affects your machine.Hope this helps!UPDATE:No further issues from the dye in subsequent washes!

I bought a pair of Calvin Klein jeans online and never really got on with them. The jeans were a great fit just the distinctive colouring made me feel like Richard Rawlings from fast and loud every time I wore them. After checking out a load of reviews I went for this dye. Excellent choice. Straight out of washing machine they were a totally uniform indigo blue - just like brand new plain jeans. After a few weeks and as many wash cycles later they have faded slightly in the areas that typically wear. They look brilliant. Have gone from a pair of jeans that I never wore straight to my goto favourites. Glad I did it. Glad I choose this dye. Very happy

Having some white vests that still had their shape but were now more of an off white/grey I decided rather than pay out for new vests I would just dye them and extend their life for a little longer.Being an impatient and somewhat lazy male I wanted to do it as quickly and easily as possible. A quick look on Amazon and I had the answer in the form of this wash and dye.It's easy, just put the clothes in the washing machine with the dye and let it do its stuff.Vests turned out great. The were so good that down the gym someone asked me where I got them as they wanted vests that colour and hadn't been able to find any.

Has rejuvenated a worn old pair of Diesels (they look brand new) - I'm not kidding!Only caveat is they are substantially darker than the originals but I actually like the darker look to the jeans now.Oh nearly forgot. There were a couple of bleach stains (me being clumsy) originally and these have covered over nicely as well since being dyed.
