The picture and item description is for Addi Rockets.What I received was Addi Turbos.Any knowledgeable knitter knows the difference and orders the newer (not “standard”) Addi Rockets for a reason.Rockets are the smooth nickel plating of a turbo, with the points of a lace (lace without the funny brass smell).I am giving 1 stars ONLY because it’s the wrong product. Addi circular needles (not interchangeables or wood) are my favorite.

The DESCRIPTION of this item does not correlate with the item I have received. I've purchased this item twice, trying to TRUST the description described. Each time the wrong item has been sent! Please CORRECT the description to match the item you sell! The word "rocket" indicates to the knitter or perspective buyer they are knitting needles that will be slightly pointed at the needle tip to do lace knitting. The word "turbo" indicates to the knitter the nickel smooth finish and has a more rounded needle tip.

I had ordered the size 1, alas when measured it is actually a size 2. Even though it is clearly the wrong size I will keep the needle. Due to the fact the Addi brand are good needles. The tips aren't as sharp as most Addi needles either. Yet again, I will still keep the needle, due to the fact some fingerings yarns don't need a sharp tip.Would I recommend the Addi brand? Yes I would. But, I would not recommend this needle if you are looking for a sharp tip.

Love these needles - the whole line. I find knitters either love or hate metal needles. I love them; they are smooth, fast and comfortable. Love the blue cord that does not curl up as you work - I do all my knitting by magic loop, so there is always cord hanging out and this one is the least curly/problematic. I will be replacing all my straight needles with these.

The circular needles I received are nothing like those pictures. The joins are not smooth. The cables are a stiff blue plastic. They are larger than the other size US 3's that I own. The yarn does not slide well on them at all. These are definitely not Turbo Rockets. Garbage!!!

Love, love your needles, best cord, best finish nice and smooth. To make them "Perfect" would you PLEASE make a more pointed tip. I have to use other needles when making socks to pick up and increase. Do you make this needlein a 4 & 5 size and longer cord?I think you would have the sock market in needles with a sharper needle. I've never been a fan of metal knitting needles as they tend to feel cold in my hands, and with arthritis it makes them uncomfortable to use. I bought these out of desperation as none of my wooden/bamboo needles were slick enough for the Malabrigo lace yarn I was knitting. I'm quite pleased with the weight, temperature, and slickness--sometimes too slick as it's very easy to drop stitches! Overall all I'm exceedingly please with these needles and will purchase other sizes.

I've used Addi Turbo before and these are perfect for the difficult, silky yarn I just *had* to use for a gift blanket I'm making. The yarn split too easily on my straight eights (no to mention i was going to run out of room on them soon), so I ordered this circular pair and knit them into the project as soon as they arrived and kept going for an hour (or two)--heaven!I also didn't have to dip the cord in hot water to relax it, like I've had to do with other circulars. I really appreciate that.

Die Nadel kamen pünktlich an und sind aus einem sehr stabilen Material, sehr angenehm zu bedienen. Ich habe einen Loop Schal aufgemacht und mit den Nadeln die sehr eng gestrickten Maschen aufgenommen. Es war nicht so einfach, aber mit diesen dünnen und stabilen Nadeln habe ich es gut geschafft. Ich bin total zufrieden damit.

Die Nadeln haben gewohnte sehr gute Qualität. Sie sind sehr glatt und spitz und so strickt es sich sehr schnell.

Tolle Qualität, ich habe sehr viel Freude die Stricknadel beim Stricken zu verwenden. Ein sehr angenehmes und schnelles Stricken ermöglichen die Stricknadeln.
