Firstly we must comment on the great customer service provided by Arris and their representative (Daisy), who dealt with us. Response and delivery times have been excellent.The knee massage wrap has plenty of room to fit over the knee and is comfortable to wear when sat down.The power supply is interchangeable with other Arris products which is helpful.The wrap has two functions - massage and heat, and it is useful to be able to change from one to the other without needing a different piece of equipment.. It is very easy to operate. Being able to use the wrap in several different areas of the body is a considerable advantage.Both the heat and massage functions are powerful but with a good range of options. They provide pain relief and and good comfort. We expect this to be a very helpful product.”If we were to point out some negative aspects, they would revolve around size and contact. The wrap might be considered too big, although that may be because I am quite small. It’s bulky, and doesn’t easily stay up when standing, which is probably when it is most needed. However, this comment applies when used on the knee. It is not so much a problem in other areas. It can be noisy on massage mode."

Firstly I bought it for a badly arthritic knee, it heats up very well and I don’t use vibration at all but battery life isn’t very long it is also very big and baggy so I can only wear this while not mobile : ie sitting down doing bugger all , I am looking at a way to shorten the straps to try to make it tighter on my leg thus making it a proper working knee brace with heat ,all in all not bad but don’t buy it if you want to walk around all day wearing it and not walk like cowboy , I think I have been generous with 4 stars and that is purely because it heats up well , as an afterthought this would probably be improved if vibration was removed

Product did not work

Like: portability and expectedly brings arthritic relief. Dislike: slips off targeted area easily.

I bought this for my mum who suffers with painful knees. It looks well made and I’m sure it will last a long time. It holds a good charge and runs for a long time. Mum says it’s feels very nice on… warm and pleasant, and used both heat and vibration. Going to use it regularly to see if it makes a long term difference. Great first impression.

I had high hopes, but those hopes lay in ruin within 6 hour of ownership. It looked good, but after waiting for the battery to charge, I used it. It wouldn’t switch on. I tried and tried, before eventually it sparked into life. Then, after less than an hour of usage on heat and massage, the massage function “failed” to the maximum power mode. Even when switched off with the massage button. The only way to turn it off was to disconnect.Considering the cost of this item I’m really, really disappointed and would urge you to avoid, less you too will be told that you need to return it at your cost......
