Tastes great
Using it for tofu scramble and it works really well. I add more at the end and it tastes great. My daughter said it tastes like egg yolk. I haven’t eaten eggs in several years so I can’t remember what that tastes like, but it does taste great in aforementioned scrambles.

Obsessed with this salt is an understatement. I understand it may take some people getting used to! But I love eggs and once I was past that smell, I now barely like to eat anything without it. (It also definitely brought my taste back when I suspect I had covid a few years ago).
