This fits Acer Aspire 5 SLIM but it is not a snug fit by any means. It is loose!!! It does charge the laptop but is not a snug fit as the original charger that came with it.

It takes very little pressure for the cord to become disconnected. It really is not a problem with the length of the cord, I think the junction from the wall to the power adapter is not a tight fit. Other than that I am pleased with charger. It appears to be very durable.

Charger works well out of the box. Swapped charger port and connection holds fine and continues to charge. Charger does it’s job.

I tried 2 other replacement adaptors until I found this adaptor which works on the first try 95% of the time. I am very please and recommend.

Value for money

I am very happy with this charger. Comes with two tips ,one fit my Acer laptop pretty well. Charges as well as the factory unit, even seems to run a little cooler.

I left town without my cord and had to order one so I could work. I had no trouble at all, and now it's the cord I'll pack with me when I'm traveling.

This replacement works fine, but the jack is longer than the port, so it's difficult to make a good connection.
