The material isn’t strong enough to hold the weight of the pistol

Nice holster but Velcro backing is not very sticky. Won’t stick to my car interior plastic. I cleaned with alcohol and even heated the sticky up

Velcro will not hold, only way it will hold if you use Gorilla Adhesive or similar

So based on the reviews I modified mine. I glued the velcro side to the holster using monster glue, and after that dried, I stuck the holster directly to the cars seat on the side. My seats are not leather and the velcro stuck firmly. No issues with falling or sliding. It worked fine with a full size 9mm and a compact 40. the little straps they include to hold the gun in are worthless, broke on the first attempt to unholster, but worth having to help meet any 3 step rule for your state.

This comes off if it gets too hot in your vehicle.

Fits my 43x Perfectly. 2 issues, 1. Going to have to add more glue to the velcro(Gorilla spray) in order for it to stay on the vinyl when you pull the gun off. The velcro It has one hell of a grip thats for sure. 2. There are 2 different products shown. Theres 2 different holdsters(view pictures). One has the thick strap that goes around the rear sight when holstered and the other are 2 bungee-like elastic cords that wrap around the gun's rear sight when holstered.I recieved the 2 bungee-like cord one(thinking it was the thick strap one), which ended up breaking off its threaded support. Which was a given because its cheaply made. Otherwise a decent holster for its price. Love how theres a pocket on the top to holster and extra mag. I wouldnt recommend it for a larger gun other than a 9mm.
