We needed a stairgate which could be left in place but did not stick out when opened, so we tried this one. It is well made and easy to fit. We have set it up so it can go at the bottom of the stairs or the top. It just clips in place and can remain there when open without getting in the way. It can be mounted either side of the stairs. I do think the mounting brackets could be a bit sturdier. The roller action is quite strong and you need to roll it back square on, but this is quite easy. So far it seems like a really good product and we are very happy with it to date.

We've bought this for containing our dogs. It arrived extremely quickly. It is not difficult to put up, just need to drill a few holes. The great benefit is that you can have catches in different places (so closing off different areas), and also when not in use, it rolls back into it's cassette, so it is not in the way. It takes a little while to get used to the catch, but we have been using it now for over a week, and we are very pleased with it.

Fantastic gate! I have it set up in my living room but can also drag it across the hall to the kitchen attachments. Two gates for the price of one! I can be moved one handed, after a bit of practice.

Brilliant, a little expensive but worth the money, just moved into a new home and its open plan, great for keeping your loved pets in one place at night , would highly recommend it, very easy to install.

Very easy to install, I like the fact the material is stored inside a metal tube. Occasionally it does get stuck but just pull it out and do it again and it's ok. Very easy to open and close and this can be done one handed then there is a lock to keep it in place.

Excellent product. Flexible as to where you can install it such as bottom of stairs where you need a 90 degree fixing. Highly recommended.
