I have been a vegan for almost twenty years and have tried several TVP products, in various forms, and I have to rave about all of the Vegan Gwailo products for flavor and variety of forms. Over the past month I have created “chicken” and “beef” dishes, as well as snacks, and found each greatly enhanced by the added textures. I have stocked up and plan to keep experimenting with these great products. (They have included a package of truly excellent spicy “beef” jerky from their product line!!)
