Works as advertised

I have a curly beard and it does not give a close shave. Nice design but just doesn't work for me.

I purchased this for my husband who travels frequently outside the US. Great concept because the convertors NEVER work properly. He has broken several shavers with the convertors. This product looked like the answer to his troubles. It would be great, except it gives a lousy shave. I am going to return it, if I can.

This is a great idea that needs significant improvement.First of all, it needs to be more powerful. It actually stalled once (but only once) when I was shaving (the whiskers had one day of growth). On the other hand, the foil was comfortable, and, as long as I moved the foil sufficiently slowly, the shave was close.Secondly, the batter situation needs to be improved. The instructions state that you should let the battery drain completely before re-charging; otherwise, battery life will be impacted. Of course, when you're *traveling*, which is the situation where one might use this razor, you don't want to be stuck without a razor, so you wouldn't want to let the battery run down completely. Given all of the battery management technology that has been invented to support cell phones and hybrid cars, there really is no need to require that a battery be run down completely before recharging.I hope ShaveTech addresses these issues because they have a nice start on what is potentially a good, useful product.

It`s good for traveling, and shave often. To be a battery machine it`s very light. simple to charge and looks good too...
