Constant pre-heat light
I have owned this brewer for less than 2 years. Worked fine until today. The brewer no longer heats the water. Have a constant red pre-heat light. Also, get a low reservoir water alert even when the reservoir is full. Tried reseting the brewer to factory default without success. Don't know if I will buy another.

Great system for single cups of coffee
I really love single serve coffee pots. The coffee drinkers in my household have different schedules so it just makes more sense to brew one cup at a time. I have a large Keurig brewing system, but it was taking up precious counter space in my kitchen. So, I started looking into smaller single serve coffee pots. This brewing system is a great option for people who don't want to waste coffee. One of the things I really like about this type of set-up is that there is very little assembly required. In less than five minutes you can have this set-up and start brewing your favorite drink. The tray is large enough to accommodate larger coffee mugs and travel cups. I don't think the very large Tervis type tumblers will work out, but venti-sized travel mugs will. This system is designed to work with K-Cups, but you can also use your own coffee grounds if you have the proper K-Cup adapter. I like that this has a large water reservoir on the back. It saves you from having to fill it up every time you want a cup of coffee.

Broke after 4 months
This coffee maker was delivered on August 25, 2016. It was advertised to be an upgrade to Keurig - small office quality. It stopped working on Christmas day 2016 after 4 months of morning coffee use only. I would never recommend this brand.

Compact, but won't fit travel mugs. Water tank is on back, meaning you need access to back to fill.
Overall this seems like a pretty good K-cup coffee maker. The footprint is small for this size. But if you drink multiple cups of coffee a day or have a couple people in your household you are still going to need to refill it at least once a day.It is a very simple design, which I mostly like. But there is not a screen or clock or the ability to turn on at a specific time like some machines (it does auto shut off, and you can set how long.) Basically the options on 1) turn on, 2) set size. Two things that I don't particularly like. The biggest deal is that it is a low machine. So if you use a travel mug or anything that is higher than about 5 inches, your mug won't fit. That is not a complete deal breaker because you can brew into one mug and transfer. But it is a pain. The second problem is that it splashes a bit. Especially if you are just getting hot water, which I do a good bit, there is a lot of splash. For just coffee the splash isn't too bad, but it is certainly more than my old coffee maker.I do like the loading and removal of the k-cup. It tips forward instead of up going up. So it will fit in a short space easily. My last Keurig barely fit until a full height cabinet. But if you do need to fit it in a short space, be warned that the water tank is on the back. So you will probably need to move it to refill.

Very nice k-cup brewer
As the only coffee-drinker in my home, single-serve coffee makers are a necessity. This is a good one. There are not a lot of features to try to figure out, just add your k-cup, select the cup size, and press the button. I like that. Brewers with lots of extraneous features are not fun, and I don't appreciate having to figure out how to make a cup of coffee when...I haven't had my coffee yet. This brewer is great. The k-cup holder opens slightly forward, not just up...so if you have limited shelf space, it doesn't need a lot of top clearance. The water reservoir is nice and big, though it is on the back of the brewer, so you need to ensure that you have good access to the back. How's the coffee? Very nice! Be warned that you do get slightly less coffee in the cup than it claims, and I gather this is by design, to leave room for cream and sugar. I drink my coffee black so I don't need the room. I wish they didn't allow the extra space. But that's a small quibble. If you need a new brewer, this one is a good choice!

Stopped working after a year
Cleaned regularly. Loved this machine at first, fast and quiet. You can use any pods and are not forced to use Keurig. Pump then began only supplying appx 4oz even when 12 oz button pushed. Lack of longevity and not worth the money. Sad, wanted to continue to love it.

Makes a pretty good cup of coffee
So far it works as expected. Uses Kcups to make coffee and it tastes pretty good which isn't much different from the competitors products. Seems to be built very solidly and is relatively quiet during brewing. One of my gripes is that it will not fit a travel mug so you have to brew the coffee in a standard mug and transfer it. Not a deal breaker, but would be nice for a quick on the go cup of joe. Another small gripe, but understandable, it doesn't fill completely. It is to leave room for cream and sugar, which seems to be the case with many of the machines but it would be nice to have a setting to allow for complete fill if you don't add those. Overall, not a bad machine and one that makes sense if you don't have a lot of space, however, with so many competitive products out there, it will be hard for this one to become a household name.

Fine. Not Wow...
This is a fine coffee maker. I have become a fan of the single serve systems and this works just fine for me.There isn't anything particular that distinguishes from others except maybe the lack of bells and whistles. It works fine for me, have had no issues and will report back if I do.
