Fresh. Smells nice. Peppery and I combine it with other oils sometimes. Like it on tacos and to dip in. I put a little artisan grape vinegar in the mix sometimes.

This olive oil is authentic and has a great taste . Perfect for salads and anything you use olive oil for . Beats the store brands most of which are blends of other oils . The price is reasonable and the quality is top notch .

I'm not an expert with Olive oils but I can distinguish a huge difference. It has an immediate green grassy flavor (Excellent BTW) maybe Almond hints with some bitterness and finishes with a spicy note. It is no doubt the best I've ever tried. 100% hooked.

The flavor is intense and the taste is of high quality. It's something that you should experience yourself. Excelente!!

This is very good olive oil, After tasting you will not want anything else.

I bought this 2022, but BBE (best before end) of those products are 12/"2021"

I received three bottles that are marked as harvested in 2019, which expire in less than two months from now. Needless to say, they are offloading nearly expired oil.

Love this oil on pasta! a Spanish oil wit a great peppery finish, love to drizzle on arugula salads. happy i can now find it on amazon!
