Native Forest Organic Premium Coconut Cream Unsweetened, 5.4 Ounce Cans (Pack of 12) & Let's Do Organic Heavy Coconut Cream, 13.5 Ounce

I have ordered these in the past frequently and the consistency was a thick white cream. They were perfect. I received another package of these last week and the consistency was completely different. The contents were watery and thin. Amazon was kind enough to allow me to replace the item (as I thought this was a fluke) free of charge. The cans arrived and sure enough, the contents were also watery and thin. I'm not sure if they changed their manufacturing standards but this is not cream; the consistency is more akin to coconut water. Will not be buying these again.

Something is very different about this. I have been buying the same brand of coconut cream for several years. I use it every day in a smoothie. My last order was very different. It is a lot more watery. I even stored it in the refrigerator and it just pours out with maybe a tablespoon of the cream the rest is water. The quality is not even close to what it used to be.

I purchased a case of these for a keto recipe I found online. Now mind you this is my first experience with coconut cream which is not to be confused with coconut milk, oil or coconut butter. Not coconut whipped cream either...those are totally different products. I liked it so much I decided to try it different ways. It has the consistency of soft butter and has a soft rich taste. I love it!! I will put a layer of this coconut creamon top of cottage cheeses topped with strawberries and blueberries sprinkled with pumpkin or sunflower seeds. I like it so much I eat a bowl almost daily. I'll be ordering again. Its definitely a big hit with me. I've always been a coconut fan and had no ides coconut cream even existed. Its great low carb lifestyle or any really.

Take note, the size! These are small cans. Also, there is a very small amount of coconut milk...so this product is not 100% cream. But, it's the only organic all coconut cream I've been able to find yet.

I drove 45 miles in bad winter weather to a Health Food store only to find they were totally out of this product so came home and ordered a case of 12 from Amazon. It arrived very quickly and unfrozen, thank you very much! The cans from the Health Food store were not great but I used them as that was my first experience with the Coconut Cream. Same brand ordered from Amazon and these are fantastic! I use a hand held immersion whipper to mix the solid with the coconut liquid in the can so as not to lose any of that healthy coconut. It takes about 40 seconds and when I whipped it for about 2 minutes,refrigerated it, took it out 2 hrs later I had wonderful, creamy but thick whipped cream. I think I will order again because it's just not worth that long snowy drive only to find an empty shelf. These are small cans but the best coconut cream I have tasted and used in recipes.

Watery, not thick even after being in the fridge. Customer service is bad. I don't recommend. Watered down and change in price. They charged me $27.66 vs $17.99. Watch the final price that you pay not the advertised price.

I would never have bought this if I had noticed they are only 5.4 oz cans and had read the label. I just made the assumption that since it is organic it would not have guar gum. (was the guar gum made from organic ingredients?? ) It isn't clear from the label, but at any rate, I do not want guar gum in my coconut cream and all the side effects it can cause. I buy coconut cream mostly for making coconut milk yogurt and use 4 13.5 oz cans. So you can imagine the drawback and tedium of having to open and scrape out sticky cream from 10 cans. I'll go back to my usual brand.

I thought that buying organic coconut milk online might be cheaper, but for the size of the can and the price, it's too expensive. I didn't read the description correctly, and the size of these cans are that of the small tomato paste can.Of course, my bad sight is not the really the reason why I gave it a low rating, it is because the milk is too WATERY! I read a description somewhere that said just that, but of course I didn't heed their warning. But it, unfortunately, was for me....watery. It was not thick like some other brand of coconut cream I buy, this was more like regular milk, thus it is more not worth the price. I did SHAKE it, and the dish I usually make it with is Thai curry.Overall, would I buy it again...NO.Recommend it...unfortunately...NO.
