I got this for my 16 year old because it looks like there is a good step system she can use to climb, but she struggled all the way up and all the way back down. I kept it in the house and brought her old one back in, and I’m glad I didn’t return it. My 2 year old loves playing on this tree-it is definitely not for sleeping but is great for cats who want to climb and chase their tails. It looks nice too which is a plus.

Pros: Looks nice in the living room Easy to assemble Good heightCons: Build quality isn't great It's a little too vertical: somewhat difficult to get up and down from top perchAt first I was worried that my cats would find it too difficult to use the top perch, but my smaller cat has gotten the hang of it and now really likes it. If you have larger cats you may want to consider suppporting the tree with wall anchors.

My cats love it. The down sides if there are any, is because of it's height, it needs to be up against the wall (I have a heavy cat, and when he jumps off of it he'll nock it over if it's not near something to stabilize it. It was easy to assemble, but it did take some time and careful instruction reading. The price is fair for comparable items. We're happy with it and the cats have fun with it.

We got this for 2 fur babies. It was a little time consuming to put together and I also thought the scratch rope was going to be real rope. It’s not it is more like a cardboard product so it’s wears out quickly we also thought there would be better padding in the bed section and the 2 perches. It’s a very hard surface and for the babies and the scratch places have already worn out and it’s messy. This did not hold up to my standards.

I had to replace an older, used cat tree and selected this one. My medium sized tabby loves it and is always perched either on the top to look out the window or snuggling in the little cubby.It was easy to put together. I did so with my girlfriend and we barely tried to kill each other while we assembled it. That's a serious win.It is plenty sturdy for my one medium sized cat.

I've put over 10 different cat trees together over the years. This has been my worst experience. First the screws were missing. Than after they sent them to me I noticed 2 of the parts to keep the box open are missing. After that I continued to put it together. I figured I'd make something later for the tiny box. Two of the stands would work short term. However, the holes on the stand do not line up correctly to screw in all of the poles. Even if I could put it all together I won't allow my cat on this. Plus while putting it together the top stand broke. This is the worst stand ever. I'm so disappointed in this product.

We ordered this for our new sphynx kitten - she started using this when she was under 3 pounds...it was quite a workout for her and she definitely couldn’t reach the top! She’s about 6/7 pounds now and can make it to the top tier easily! She frequently naps up top so she can easily check on her kingdom. I think a super large cat wild struggled fitting and maneuvering around the top couple sections. But for a small/medium cat this is perfect!

It's ok if you have it against a wall but the whole structure is not very sturdy. Came dirty as if t was used.
