is item washable and dried in dryer at cotton setting?

Yes. I throw mine in a regular wash and dry cycle. They are so comfortable. They don’t ride up either. I wear a 9/10 jeans and buy the large.

Are these a 1” band

These are terrible didn't have them 6 months and there's holes in them from washing them
