Brooks Women's Addiction Walker 2 Track Shoe

I have quite severe flat feet and these have helped me immensely. I was recommended the brand by a podiatrist. These shoes gave my ankles the support it needed and ensured that my feet felt secure in the shoes. They are a bit clunky and add to my height. But I’m extremely grateful for them, especially because I’m on my feet all the time.

Like walking on air. A bit roomy around the toes which may be a good thing, but sole is well structured. I also added my orthotics inserts.

I have been wearing the Brooks Addiction Walker for a few years now, with my custom made orthotics and I cannot do without them. The podiatrist recommended them but they only sell them locally in black and for me that is just too frumpy as I wear them with dresses and white does nicely! So, the trainers have a rolling action which encouraged good posture and you just roll from heel to toe. With the orthotics in, there is no discomfort whatever, even if walking all day in cities. They were a bit more expensive here than with Brooks direct, but this year they have not been available otherwise through Brooks. Maybe the extra is due to Brexit costs I don’t know. But needs must.
