Great prodect
Very nice product and looks amazing after install.

Good price
The price was good. The kit was much better than the pocket door frame at box store. The instructions are hard to read. The first time took longer putting frame together. But door slides back and forth nice. Still have to sheetrock walls and trim around door frame.

shipping was rough - missing some parts - no response
I ordered 7 - overall good for the money - have used these before and they work well - honestly we are putting them in doorways that are not closed often but where we do not want a door openall boxes were broken up/ripped/torn - 6 out of 7 had all the parts - company has not responded regarding the missing parts in the 7th - hence the "3 stars"

Horrible instructions and missing parts
Seems like a pretty good product but holy crap! The instructions are the worst.So I bought second of these door tracks. They're good tracks but it was missing the floor brackets. It's two small pieces of metal. No matter how many times I contacted the seller, they either ignored me or just refused to send the two brackets and now I have to pay the freight to send it back. Pretty crappy company. But, they are from NJ. Will definitely not buy anything else from them.
