I have bought and installed the DEEPCOOL Captain 240PRO V2 for my new PC which works with no issues, before buying the 360EX because my new PC Case can accommodate 360mm fans.I was aware of a Newegg review regarding the leak of the 360EX, so I crossed my fingers that I wouldn't get the same fate. Because the 240PRO worked out of the box and had no leaks (even after I changed the thermal paste), I assumed the 360EX wouldn't have this issue.The package arrived with no damage and the 360EX was in pristine condition. There were no leaks as of this time. However, after I removed the thermal paste and was just about the install the pump onto the CPU, I felt liquid in my hands.To my surprise, I was curious where it was leaking and the source was rotating/turning the tubes by the pump, causing the leak (As shown in the image).Honestly I felt VERY DISAPPOINTED when I saw this because I thought that the leak issue was just a low unlikely chance, as I've installed other watercoolers from different brands before, such as Cryorig and Cooler Master. This was my first ever leaking water cooler I've ever purchased to date.The 240PRO even didn't have this issue, and they both supposedly have "Anti-Leak Inside Technology."What a marketing BS.So to those that are planning to buy this unit, be aware that you may need to inspect the 360EX thoroughly before installing it onto your PC because I can't emphasis how much of a nightmare this is for PC builders that invested a lot of money into their PC.I REALLY liked the aesthetic a lot, as the grey color goes with my grey PC case and grey motherboard with RGB and I'm sure this would have been a great cooler if it didn't leak, but unfortunately this watercooler needs quality control.This is a 2-Star review because I really liked how this watercooler looks and that's just me being generous.I will continue to buy items from this brand again in the future but this was an epic fail from DEEPCOOL.And as of this review, I've already returned the 360EX, and I'll be keeping the 240PRO in my PC.

I like the way it is light, and the RGBsync for all central motherboard works. The only problem is it gets up to 57°F under full load with gaming and Audio production.

I was a bit skeptical at first since I've only used corsair AIO's for past 10 years , this is a realy good unit, it does feel lighter than the Corsair units , the main reason for that is because it's made out of aluminum, low pump noise really quiet paired with my Asus Maximus XIII formula , it keeps my overcloxked 10700k @ 5.2 Ghz at a cool 38 ideal and 68 at gaming , looks good and works flawlessly I can recommend it

Great AIO for the price! It's quiet, good looking RGB, and keeps my RYZEN 5900 cool at 33C at idle, and 52C while gaming. This is an awesome AIO at this price point.

LEDs not working anymore 2023 update.*After a year all fans have a yellow tint on them, and now after a year and half, the pump has turned yellow as well.Crappy deepcool support is asking me to change the LED strip on the pump by myself, which sounds really stupid as I could potentially damage the pump. Don't buy this ass cooler and get yourself something better, warranty isn't going to really help you out. They will only waste your time.*This a great cooler. I got it on sale for 149.99. Works flawlessly, and keeps my CPU cool.I gotta be honest, I was a bit afraid seeing some reviews claiming it was leaking out of the box, but my unit is working as expected. However, Deepcool has a good warranty policy, so you should be good to go.Syncs with my mobo, it is quiet and the RGB LEDs look amazing. I can recommend it. It is a bit high on the pricey side though, but most users replace their stock fans with RGB fans, so these are great if you do not want to replace them.

Fans aren’t great in terms of looks, I’d recommend matching all your case fans to whichever is your preferred - use the fans that come with this AIO some place you can see them.
