Comfortable recliner and I like the slanted ottoman. Cushions are as a comfortable as the look. My dog made himself right at home after I got up. The material is also surprisingly soft, though I do worry how it will hold up to abuse and wear. Assembly instructions are vague but there’s not a whole lot to it anyway. The recliner is priced fair and worth buying. My only warning is that the massagers aren’t what I expected. For me, I had already decided I was going to buy the chair by the time I noticed it also had massagers so it was just a bonus. If I had bought it for the massagers, I would have been disappointed. I prefer shiatsu massagers but this is more of a gentle vibration. If you’re looking for a comfortable recliner, I highly recommend this one. If you are looking for a massage chair, look at this one closely to make sure it’s what you’re expecting.

Extremely comfortable! I love the massage feature as my husband bought this chair for me after surgery. I watch TV in it, read in it and even b have working from home using it as a desk chair. That's the only downside - if you plan to use it as a desk chair, make sure you take the chair's high into account as it does NOT adjust to be raised or lowered. It works for me because typically I'm leaning over while working at my desk and having a lower chair makes me look up which means less migraines, neck and back pain. I found it to be easy to put together. Now we are considering buying another one for husband to game in! Haha.

First a few positives- the chair is comfortable, the material is soft to the touch. The chair looks like I probably paid more than I did. Instructions were adequate and assembling was average until I attempted to put the back of the chair to the seat-that is where the negative comes in. On the right side the bolt area appeared to be bent in someway compared to the left side. To get the bolt into the slot took over 40 minutes of struggling and calling someone over to help me. After that assembling continued on easily. There is a connection from the footstool to the chair for the massaging of legs. I dismantled that as I kept tripping over it-just wasn't used to something like that. [wish it either on the left or right side instead of the middle] The massaging is not as strong as other chairs I have owned but is adequate. When I recline in the chair it is comfortable but [a negative] when I raise up on the right side I have to use my hand to pull the back into place. Not sure if that is related to the bent bolt on the right. Since, I don't think I will recline much, and after spending so much time putting the chair together I plan to keep it. Now, would I buy this chair again- maybe yes because it is comfortable but I would know that purchasing it [as with any item you are putting together yourself] the bolts may not line up.

The comfort of this chair is fantastic. I let my daughter and a close friend try out the chair. They purchased the chair to. The chair takes up very little space, so if you have a small room like myself this is great.

Nice chair. I just received this today. Well packages, all the parts were there. I had it together in under 30 minutes. Its as comfortable as you would expect for a chair of this type I just wish it came with an attached pillow for when you lean back. The massage feature is nice. I used it for about 20 minutes and it loosened up me stiff back. Seems sturdy enough but I only weigh a buck 17 so I expect years of enjoyment from this chair.

I put the chair together on night 1 and it seemed wobbly and only got worse from there. What went from a slight wobble that didn't bother me to permanently doing the michael jackson lean to the right. I've taken it apart twice now to dissect what could the issue be. It seems as if the hole may be slightly bigger than the pole creating a wobble effect. I've contact seller about this issue to no response and hoping to perhaps get the proper part from seller, but now I'm just $200 out it seems. The chair is quite small and low to the ground (~10 inches), but otherwise provides comfort due to materials. Also the plug comes from the chair and it would be more beneficial if the plug came from the footrest due to the outlets being closer to the footrest.

This chair has so little padding you can feel the massaging parts through it all of the time. The color and material is fine, but I have nothing but regrets buying this chair. My back HURTS after sitting in it for even 30 minutes.

Cheap material. Recliner knob hard to reach. Chair tips when getting out of it if you are near the edge of the seat. Not a real massage chair. More like vibrating bed in a cheap motel. Arms were incorrectly labeled left/right. Otherwise easy assembly. Base came damaged as shipping carton was destroyed in shipping. Sent email and pics to seller and never received a response. Chair is comfy for sitting and recline.
