Great for hard water and long-lasting
I live in a hard water area and this is the only filter that has actually made a noticeable difference. The water tastes much better and feels cleaner. It also lasts a long time before needing replacement, which makes it great value for money. Very happy with it.

Not sure it is used item or not
This is not my first time buying this item, it used to be wraped by a film as new. But what i've got today is an unwarp one and it seems opened a lot of time so i am not sure it is new or not ( same looking with the one i been using for 3 months ).

I ordered the more advanced filter, as it states reduces bacteria and lead... But when I open the box I realise that the bottom bit doesn't look right to me. It stills sealed and unused hence I will return it. I couldn't find any product pictures online.
