This was tough but very satisfying.
I bought this for my mom who lives in senior living. She loves doing jigsaw puzzles... she says it is something to do that exercises her brain. And whenever I visit for a week we end up spending the time working on jigsaw puzzles. I'd sent this as a gift before Halloween but when I arrived a week later she was still at it and a little bit frustrated. So we spent 2-3 days finishing it up. (Not entire days, we did do errands and assorted adventures). It was really challenging and much larger than I expected, but it was ridiculously satisfying at the end. Possibly one of the most fun puzzles that I have done with her. (And I've done a lot) She decided towards the end that she was enjoying this one a lot.Puzzles are a great activity when spending time with someone losing their memory. It can be hard to make conversation and I think my mom can start to feel embarrassed that she doesn't know what to say. With a puzzle, there is no pressure to talk. One can simply spend time and talk as subjects come up naturally. I highly recommend it while spending time with elderly parents.I also have to say that I appreciate that all the pieces are unique. There are no instances of a piece fitting perfectly where it does not belong. This leads to a lot of very unusually shaped pieces - which is an aid when looking for pieces. 2 thumbs up.

Well cut pieces
The design is fun for this pre-Halloween season, and although there is a lot of similar foliage area, it's not as hard as I feared. Nothing to be scared of here!

Great puzzle!
This is a challenging puzzle but definitely worth the time. It is so very cute!! Framed it and put it up for Halloween! And bought one for my son!

Great puzzle. I took away one star because there is not a detailed picture, only the one on the top of the box and part of that is covered.

Great but HARD
New Yorker puzzles are my absolute favorite, I have done about 12 over the past year and this was BY FAR the hardest one I've done. It was still fun to do but I wanted to give up a little at first. As always, these puzzles have great pieces and are top quality.

Puzzles that cause conversations about the images has they come together.
This is by far the most difficult of the twenty New Yorker puzzles I have completed. Without my son's encouragement and help, I would have given up. After finishing the puzzle tonight, I decided to frame the puzzle. It is beautiful and a testament to fortitude.
