Hi, Thank you for your kindly question. Use the Hand Pump to inflate this ball, then put the ball attached to the lanyard. The Smart Inflatable Ball is can be used under the armpits or between the forearms. The ball can adjust the size, with a Neck Rope can adjust the length. It can be used to correctly grasp the swing posture, fix and strengthen the muscle memory of arm distance and avoid to the arm bending. The following video will show you how to use it.
