I am very talented at getting knots in my shoulders. Sometimes it's bad enough that I need to go see an osteopath. This yoga ball is life changing, I need no one, just the ball and a wall, and can make some of the knots pass! Wish I had had one of those sooner.

What a fantastic little black ball. Easily reaches all the areas and trigger points. I have been suffering a sciatica flare and a work colleague suggested the yoga ball. I ordered and received it the next day. I used it for 5-10 minutes, rolling along the wall and the relief was instant! I’ve been using it each morning and evening for a good 10 minute session and keep it at work with me to use as needed. I would have just been in agony all day, but now I have some true relief! So glad I bought this as it will be useful for relieving tension due to computer work as well. The size is perfect and it is hard enough to offer good pressure without much effort.

After only a few days of using the yoga ball I have already felt the benefits. The knots in my shoulders and back have loosened off and I get a great sense of relief when I massage the soles of my feet (not sure if this is a recommended use but it works for me!).I'm quite surprised it's taken this long to see a product as effective as this. In the past physios have recommended I use a tennis ball which I found could only work to a certain extent. I found the alternative uneven/'spiky' products out there quite torturous to even use. The smooth yet solid surface of the yoga ball solves both of these issues.Highly recommended for anyone needing a release!

I have recently started practicing yoga to help with injury prevention and recovery from running. I have had an on-going calf issue for a couple of months and decided to buy the yoga ball to see if it would be able to massage it more effectively. It works a treat. Seems to be the right size and density to apply pressure but not be too painfull. It's certainly helped my calf. I also use it on the soles of my feet and after massaging them for 5 minutes you can notice a marked increase in the depth of your forward fold. Overall a great product.

OMG love this! My chiropractor told me to get one of these for my upper back and neck. After I rolled around on it for a few days I really began to feel a big difference in my neck and shoulders. I can not recommend this enough if you have chronic muscle tension or if, like me, you have to get a chiropractor adjustment every 6 months or so!I will say this though - you need to use theyoga.ball consistently, day after day and keep up the effort. Big fan of theyoga.company and liked the design, eco friendliness and started following them on insta. Thoroughly recommended.

Bought this to relieve muscle knots and tension in my shoulders and upper back. It works much better than a tennis ball or spikey massage ball. You can exert quite a lot of pressure and really feel the knots being released. Good firm texture and solid feel to it. Also used it to relieve muscle tension and pain in my foot. Excellent results, really helped. This will get a lot of use.

Have been thinking of getting a massage ball for a while and am so glad i got this one now. Feels great, very nice material, and the best thing is that its made of silicone and not rubber, and hence, forest and ocean friendly.

Easy to use but gives a great massage and aids pain relief depending on what your issues are.
