WOW!!! Perfect for smoothies
The media could not be loaded. Yum! Very white powder. A lovely neutral sweet taste. It dissolved quickly in water with a milk frother.I used 1 T cauliflower & 1 tsp flavoring with about 10oz of water and it was really refreshing! I’m excited to try some of their more complex recipes too.Cheers!

Straight into the garbage
I purchased this because I am on a specific cleanse and thought this would be a helpful ingredient throughout. I had high hopes so I purchased two bags ($100!!!). The flour is a dark yellow colour and tastes disgustingly sweet. I genuinely have no clue how people use this flour, very confused. It literally was just straight mush and I couldn’t do anything with it. Again, tastes disgusting sweet and overall gross. It originally said no returns but thank goodness they refunded me because it went straight in the garbage.

Makes green mashed cauliflower
Bought to make instant mashed cauliflower. Which I did. It was green and tasted like there was sugar or something like that in it.

Unpleasant
I opened my bag today, since the description on the bag says it can be used as a mashed potato substitute, I mixed up some of the powder with water in a saucepan over low heat - the color was milk chocolate brown and it had a sweet (artificial) taste, very unpleasant. I added butter, cream, salt, pepper and tasted again, still sweet and unpleasant. It went in the trash, I am not sure what to do with a $50 bag of flour!
