Good tasting and really works. An easy cleanse that I have recommended to several family and friends.

I spent the past weekend Sat & Sun preparing myself for this cleanse. I prepped using smoothies consisting of fruit veggies and almond milking salads when hungryI weighed myself on Monday and by Thursday I lost 8 poundsI well be adding this to my regimen

I am really glad I purchased these drinks and enjoyed them. I did the 3 day cleanse and definitely felt less bloated but not sure there were any real benefits to drinking these vs any other juice I could've made/ bought.

It is a personal preference of mine, but I didnt think the rose and lavender drinks would have a strong floral taste. For me it was hard to drink. Their other kit, CORE DEEP, is way better than this low carb set. My opinion but heads up if anyone else doesnt like floral in their drinks.

This was my first cleanse and I don't know what I was expecting, but I guess I didn't expect to just be hungry while drinking low-calorie drinks with hardly any nutritional value. I probably could have saved $100 and just blended up some fresh fruits and veggies for each meal. I know one thing I was expecting was a "cleanse" of my digestive system, but nothing changed there. Anyhow, if I ever try a cleanse again I think I'll just make my own. There was nothing super special about these.

I was skeptical about this product initially but thought I'd give it a try anyway and I'm certainly glad that I did! The instructions state to drink one juice every two hours and that was challenging for me as I felt full after each drink. I was unable to stick to that schedule so my drinks will last six days and that's fine with me! Some of the flavors weren't my favorite starting out but by the second go-round they weren't bad at all and now I love them! I no longer feel bloated, have more energy and a healthier feeling overall. I'm on the 3-day cleanse which is actually stretching into six days for me due to my not being able to consume the eight recommended juices daily and then I plan on doing it again. After that I will begin my permanent journey to healthy eating habits. I absolutely recommend this product. Oh..., and I'm down pounds with more to go!

Packaged really well. They all tastes pretty amazing. Some of them taste like tea and others taste like juice. I read reviews and some complained about the taste. I think it’s the tea flavor we are not used to. It’s not gross at all. I’m don’t much care about tea in general but it was nice to try different flavors. All the juices taste wonderful. I’ve tried raw generation detox juice few times in the past and compare to that brand, I love Lemonkind much better because of it’s packaging and the flavors. By the time you are craving something sweet, your next packet has really great flavorful juice waiting for you. I wasn’t sure if I was able to just drink these but today is my second day and I feel great and just ordered my second 3 days detox. I haven’t weight myself yet, but I wasn’t hungry at all. With the instructions, we are supposed to drink every 2 hours. One packet kept me full between 1.5 to 2 hours. If you don’t miss your time to drink every 2 hours, you will be golden all day. The last packet of the day is the best. You will know what I mean once you try this. I don’t like to write reviews unless it’s pretty great. Hope this helps.
