Not too sickly!
I purchased this for my nephew as a silly Christmas present - he loves the smell of coffee, but is only 10 years old, so I didn't want to get him a candle (or coffee beans!). On Christmas day, he attached the air freshener to the belt loop of his jeans and wore it all day! The scent is not over-powering, and although smells very artificial, it is not at all sickly. Not really sure what else I can say, other than it made a 10 year old very happy!! I'm sure it would be fine in an enclosed space (like a car).

Smells like coffee
It might be nescaff, rombouts, lyons, cant really figure it out. Actually more like a coffee cream chocolate, without the chocolate.
