Yes, the product DOES have reverb. It is included in the 16 on-board digital effects. There are a few different pre-set reverbs and you can adjust the AMOUNT of reverb, but not the decay or any other characteristics.

Q: Is it possible to hook up a smaller samson system to the monitor out jack for reinforcement?

Yes, there IS a Monitor Out. Either Grant is messing with us, or he owns a completely different sound system. I'm not sure what you mean by "hook up a smaller Samson system to the monitor out jack" though.
