Great for creating whatever you need. Cork is nice thickness for holding tacks to display your treasures.

Needed product to seal pool filter for dunk tank. Worked great. Easy to work with.

I would NEVER recommend these. I bought several of these for a wall over a desk and under some upper cabinets. I first tried to install them on a Wall using the self stick backing that they come with. Started falling off the wall before I was done. Then I reinstalled using the command strips that someone else recommended, they fell down within 24 hrs. They other reason I would not recommend these is that the shed. Constant cork dust all over the desk top where I was trying to use them. First negative review I have ever written. This was a very frustrating & expensive mistake I made in buying these.

Used these to line the hutch on my desk so I could have a place to pin things to. Glued them up with Liquid Nails and it turned out great. Good thickness for thumbtacks, don't bother with 1/4" thick panels!

I used command strips to hang these on the wall and make a bulletin board and they look great! I think some of the negative reviews on this just come from a disconnect between people's expectations and what cork actually is like -- it's a bit temperamental if you try to cut it and it's a bit fragile/pliable, but... that's kind of the point - otherwise you couldn't stick tacks into it.Anyways, I spent a while looking into which boards to get and I steeled myself to be disappointed and I actually couldn't be more pleased. I'm happy that I went with 1/2" rather than 1/4", and again, mounting these on the wall with command strips worked super well. I actually immediately ordered a second pack to make the board twice as big.

I ordered the 5 pack to make a bulletin board but two of the five tiles I received don't match; three are a grainy brown and two are a solid sandy color, so they look odd when they're all together. Also, one of the tiles was cut unevenly, so there's a slight gap. So aesthetically speaking it's a little disappointing. However, they are thick and not too crumbly - - hence the two stars.

I took a chance and got these to cut into postcard-size pieces. I had some beautiful cards that I wanted to hang up on a wall. The cork was not too difficult to cut with a sharp exactor knife, and the corkboards made for an excellent lightweight backing on which the cards could be glued (using a spray glue) and then hung in a cool arrangement on the wall. Simple command strips clung to the cork perfectly, and it all worked out beautifully.

Worked very well for what I was covering but could not get squares to abut up as close as I would have liked . Nice and thick for use with push pins. Too bad not some kind of cork filler to fill in seams
