Q: What are the ingredients, please??

My favorite is the one with almonds and pecans, mixed with whole grain oats, and a blend of olive oil, maple syrup and spices. It really melts in your mouth. I tried so many others until I found this one. Hope this helps! Stay happy and healthy!!!

Q: is this product organic?

Ladera uses a majority of organic ingredients, however do not have organic certifications for the nuts (almonds and pecans).

Q: Does anyone know the grams of fat, calories and protein % in each serving? Please?
