I started an ayurvedic cleanse in mid March and have stuck to a no dairy and vegetarian diet after because I got such good results from the cleanse. This start kit with the spice mix, detax dal mixture and ghee helped me start off on the right track. It has been a major change but I am 25 pounds lighter, I am pain free ( I have arthritis) and my bloating and gas from lactose intolerance has disappeared.
