These are a great price, hold liquid in without leaking. Tear at the sides to remove. Good fit and suitable for men and women. Most of all they are comfortable and don’t make a rustle noise. Literally put the feet through the leg holes and pull em up….ready to go

Probably not good for heavy incontinence
Soaked my trousers all the way through, and the chair underneath it. I think they would have been okay for minor accidents but my bladder was very full and they just did nothing at all. They're very VERY comfortable though and I'd definitely buy them again.
