Men's Saltwater 9.5" Flat Front Chino Short

I recently purchased a pair of these IZOD Saltwater Shorts in Papaya Punch and they've quickly become one of my favorite "go-to" pair of shorts this summer!There's a lot to like with these shorts, not least of all how comfortable they are! The cotton/Spandex blend offers just enough give that the shorts are comfortable on the golf course or out for dinner or just backyard BBQs. The cotton used in these shorts is super soft too. I'm also a huge fan of the simple looks - no baggy pockets, no strange design, just simple good looking shorts that my wife won't donate in a few years like my old cargo shorts.Only one minor gripe here, the belt loops seem to run just a tad small. I like pairing these shorts up with some Puma and Adidas golf belts and it's a little difficult to get the belts through the belt loops. A small annoyance for sure, but still an annoyance.Otherwise, fantastic shorts! Recommended!

Shorts fit great. The fabric weight is light enough for summer but heavy enough to feel like they will last. However, after 3 washes in warm water with Tide Free detergent the light khaki color has large splotches of white. Somehow the detergent lifts the entire color out. I presume it's from the washing machine spraying the detergent at the beginning of the cycle, but who knows? I have these shorts in several other colors and haven't had that issue, but I'd stay away from the light khaki color or dry clean them.

Ordered 2 pair of these Saltwater stretch 9.5 shorts for the stretchability. The first pair are great, stretch waist and fabric, use as golf shorts since you be bend over and turn your body a lot. Second pair was same IZOD stretch description and label but did not stretch. Must be made at different factory or country. Returned them and ordered a 3rd pair in different color to see if I can get same fit as first pair. It pays to be an Amazon Prime member for ease of returns!

I have purchased several pairs of these shorts over the past couple of years. They are very comfortable because although they have quite a bit of stretch they are mostly cotton. If anything the waistband may be an inch larger than their equivalent trousers--which are also very comfortable, again in part because of the stretch, but mostly because they are well designed.

My teenage son is very happy with these shorts. He is 5'9" but only weighs 115 lbs so he has a very hard time finding shorts that fit him properly. He bought these in a 29 with a 9.5" inseam and they fit him perfectly. Also, the quality is very nice. I'm really glad he found these.

These are really comfortable with a slight stretch to them. True to size and good length. My only small complaint is that the color is a little off from pictured. I ordered the federal blue, which looks like a grayish blue on the darker side. When I got them, they are closer to a light blue which wasn’t what I was looking for. However I did keep them because they were comfortable and fit well.

Very comfortable for anything from playing golf to just knocking around. Wash well, need some touch up ironing if u intend to dress them up or no ironing if u hang them damp for more casual wear. I have 6 pair and except for more dressy occasions they’re great with a golf shirt or a “camp shirt” for informal summer activity. Just enough stretch that you don’t feel strangled moving or sitting around and nothing beats the feel of cotton. And... they don’t break the bank.

I ordered these to see if they would be comfortable in the spring and summers rounds of golf. The product is made well but the material is way to heavy for the California climate.

These are quality built and very comfortable right out of the package. Material (98% cotton and 2% spandex) allows for extra give when you need it allowing for sport or leisure with a touch of class. Bravo Izod and the fine tailors in Bangladesh who put these together. I already ordered more.

These shorts are perfect. The length is as expected, they fit well and the material seems to be good quality.For the price you cannot beat these, they look great.
