There are 50 different designs, each with its own cute big-eyed girl. Some of the girls reflect fantasy and some are just cute girls. Each and every one of them is a fantastic opportunity to play with color and to style the design your own special way. I believe this is the first time Hannah Lynn has had a book of designs available in book form. The others that I have were purchased directly and were not books. This grouping is the top 50 fan favorites – so the best of the best (at least thus far!) At the front of the book, there are thumbnails that show you the pictures in order and also what their names are. I think this is a great way of doing a table of contents and I really appreciate that the names aren't printed on the design page. If I choose to put them there, this will give me an opportunity to do it my way. The book is printed on one side of thin but nice grade white paper. The pages are not perforated but the artist has put a double frame around each design with enough room so you can cut a page out without damaging the design. The binding is glued rather than sewn and I was able to break the spine enough to get the book to lay fairly flat to make coloring while leaving the page in the book a little easier. All of my markers bled through the paper. All of my gel pens left a shadow on the backside of the page. My coloring pencils worked really well with this paper as it is nicer than basic grade. If you want to use markers or gel pens, I suggest putting a heavyweight paper behind the page you are working on to keep the ink from seeping further into the book. As the back of the page is blank, you won't be ruining another design. Review: Cute overload - I really like most of the work I see from Hannah. For a long time, I disliked coloring portraits. Fairly recently, though, I colored a few individual pictures I had by Hannah. I was surprised to realize I enjoyed it. So I bought this. I have enjoyed coloring a few images, so far. Unlike a lot of adults that color, I'm not really enamoured with mermaids. After six years of being back into coloring as an adult, I'm a little weary of mermaids. I suspect it's because of other colorists' preoccupation with Mermay. While I'm not super involved in the online adult "coloring community," Mermay is everywhere. Accordingly, it wouldn't have hurt my feelings to have a few less mermaids in the book, and a few more girls inspired by other mythical creatures. One of my favorite things about Lynn's work is the lack of facial piercings, compared to Myka Jelina and Hannah Karlzon. I like faces that couldn't be mistaken for a hardware store display. There also aren't a lot of portraits spoiled with feathered angel wings. I love fairies, but I'm put off by angels. A lot of Myka's portraits are angels, which I couldn't care less about (and probably would never color). I do wish a few of the girls in this lovely book by Hannah were wearing different attire. While I'm far from being a prude, I think figures with cute, young faces in skimpy clothing feels a bit awkward. We live in a seemingly increasingly dark, dangerous time for girls, and young women. Overall, however, I really like the book.

I absolutely LOVE this book
I absolutely LOVE this book! I have colored so many pages and I know this is one of these books that I will color ALL of the pages some day. There isn't a single page that I found in this book that I thought to myself, "Nah, I don't really like this one." The girls are beautiful. The lines are thick making this a very good book for beginners or advanced artists. Some pages are much easier than others while there are many pages that give a great challenge to those who've been coloring for years. The pages are single sided throughout the book. I would still suggest a few pieces of paper or heavier cardstock underneath the pages you're coloring because the paper isn't very thick and you could bleed through to the next page. There are a total of 50 different girls to color. Each one has a title and name. In the beginning of the book there are two pages of reference pictures with small thumbnails of all the pages in the book with the title of the girl and name. I love these books so much I've bought her other two books also. Hannah Lynn is a beautiful artist and I hope she continues to make these girls because I absolutely love drawing and coloring with them.

beautifuly draw, really pretty alot for your money single sided.. really pretty. my favorite..
this was a really cute coloring book I love this coloring book the images are really sweet and note worthy... for someone like me who loves to draw these are perfect for me to try and draw and the author gives some great tips on how to color them, I also love that they are single sided so if you want to use a marker you have the ability to. rich in design and there are a lot of pages with a few of the designs in duplicate so if you want to color them in a different way you can. I have only amazing things to say about this coloring book. perfect for an adult it has a lot of lines so it may not be something for a little bitty child.. very pretty designs.. I really love this artist. by far my favorite coloring book.

This book is so beautiful and detailed
I am an adult, and I color. Coloring helps with my moods and gives me something to do when watching television or to pass time. This book is so beautiful and detailed, and I am very happy with my purchase. My 6 year old and I have almost finished each page and she has even insisted that she wanted some of the pictures we colored framed and hung up on her wall. A few I feel are too mature for a child, but we just skip over those and have not had any problems, I will go back and color when she is not home. I have included just a few of the pictures in this book. They are cute and fun. They are each on one side and I do suggest that if you are using markers, to lay a few sheets of paper under the page you are coloring to prevent any bleeding through.
