Ok but too sweet
This is nice enough but it's too sweet for me. I prefer a museli without the sugar, not tried alpen for a number of years so thought I would try it. Will go back to the sugar free variety now.

I have been eating original Alpen for over a year now, I love the flavour and texture, I find Alpen to be filling so am always satisfied after my breakfast, I am quite fussy about the amount of milk I son’t like too little milk as that will be too dry. and if there is way too much milk I end up spilling some of it and I think that the sweet nutritious taste is lost when too much milk is used I have carer’s who help with my breakfast so I try to make this known before too much milk is used on the Alpen . I understand that the requirements of other people may differ to my own

Love Alpen
Can't agree with their serving size, at 30g is a tiny bowl and although filling enough of the only thing I'm having for breakfast I'd have double that quite easily. But it's yummy, wish they did a larger pack size as not extortionate but still one of the more expensive standard breakfast cereals. Will definitely buy again though as one of my favourites, fruity, oaty, nutty and delicious.

It was just fine for what it is.
It's good breakfast food and provides plenty of fibre. I didn't find it very interesting compared to others I have had, but can't really complain about it either.
