unfortunately wooden handle quickly started to collect mold between the crevices of the brush fibers and can't get the stains out no matter what. Not sure if my fault or not. I would just put soap on brush and then do my business and then hook brush up to dry in the shower. otherwise good brush. the rough side is definitely rough :).

Cracked after first shower. There's a line where it's gonna keep splitting. Not sure how long it will last before its too split to use. Bristles too far apart to hold soap so I have to use a lot more. Love the rougher side for dry brushing and softer side for shower brushing.

The brush has very nice brisles but the wood cracked after one day . What a bummer . Not sure how to add image or I would. Wouldn't buy again .

It's bigger and heavier than I expected which makes it a little hard to use but it's good for the price and the free hanging hook works great.

I bought this as a gift and haven't had any complaints yet. The double-sided brush is very convenient and very sturdy. The bristles I'm told are not too hard or too soft. The free hanging hook that comes with it is an added plus. I saw that this product got lots of good reviews and I can see why.

Wish I had read the real reviews before purchase. Like several others who bought this back brush the wood split. Mine cracked before I even got to use it. Hung it in shower (behind and above the sprayer) Monday night, went to use it Wednesday morning to find it had split.I really wish it hadn't because I like the shape, length and feel of both the soft and firm bristles. But this is complete junk in terms of the quality.

Handle is a bit too short...other than that, this product is okay...

Nice brush, but handle needs to be a bit longer.
