ROCKY Men's Rks0417 Hiking Boot

I've owned Rocky boots before. They wore well and gave me many years of service. It was time to replace them prior to this year's fall/winter hunting & fishing season. After much research, I settled on these boots and I'm super happy with the decision! They're warm. They fit well. They have great traction in crap conditions. I added alpaca wool insoles (not even $15) as another layer and these boots are fantastic! No problems with mud, snow, cold, rain. Just very comfy feet and sure-footed walking!

Took too long to get the boots. I've worn rocky boots for years. Kinda knew what I was getting.

Got them for my husband for winter. Every year he complains about the cold on his feet with 600 thinsulate or the traction not being good on the metal roofs (he's a forman doing commercial and some residential metal roofing). These boots help with both the cold and the traction. He also says that the rubber toe thing can make the inside cold once it hits the snow but it doesn't do that with these boots. Worth the money. Will get these boots again when they get too old.

I have been buying Rocky boots for several years and they are going down in quality a lot, Rocky says they are waterproof , sorry my feet are wet and the sole is hanging on by the heel ! Very unhappy and actually very angry that they are only 6 weeks new ! Come on Rocky what is going on???? Bad batch of boots???? China?? Quality control?? Please help me out here!!

Nice comfortable boots except, the tread is falling off in 4 months. I am very disappointed. I have never had a pair of rocky boots with the lugs fall out.

Fit well, no cold feet in snow, a bit stiff. May break in after extended use but I don't use them extensively. If you live in snow, good warm boots that would break in fairly soon. If not, like me, you will experience stiff boots for years. Very warm though.
