Why did you pick this product vs others?:I stated using this for hip/muscular/sciatic pain flares around a double-herniated disc at my doctor’s suggestion (off-label, for both purpose and location of use). I get NSAID-induced gastritis from even a couple ibuprofen, and he stated this was a safe option, because only about 1% of the medicine contained (so…1% of the 1% diclofanac) was actually absorbed into the bloodstream (when applied to the skin), and the rest stays locally. I’ve had zero issues after months of post-PT use. I’m also extremely rash-prone, and I don’t have issues with this as long as I make sure to wipe the area off between applications.

I've worked in construction and maintenance for around 40 years and just about every joint in my hands felt like there were needles shoved in them. I recently was recommended this product and after only a few uses the pain is nearly completely gone. I still may not be able to make a fist completely but after the abuse and surgeries that may not be avoidable. I'm just happy to not be in constant pain. This has worked for my joint pain where nothing else did.

For me it's not the "miracle" cure that all my old people friends talk about, BUT I do get some relief when I use it. I have been dealing with knee issues and when they or it really flairs up I can rub some of this cream on my knee and I do get a little relief. It comes in a fairly large size tube and lasts pretty long. I like it when I buy the version that has a small size included: purse size. I am writing this review after I had a pain in my knee again and the first thing I thought of was to get some of this cream on it. So, I guess I have become a beliver: it doesn't "cure" my problem, but does give me a bit of relief.

I was really skeptical of this stuff. I told my doctor that my shoulder hurt, and she recommended this. I wasn’t sure it was working, but I kind of forgot to use it for about a week, and… My shoulder started hurting again! I started using it lately, and guess what? My shoulder doesn’t hurt as much. I think it works!

After reading many reviews I was a bit skeptical thinking it would take a while to work or not be as effective as I hoped. The day it arrived I was in a fair amount of knee pain. I immediately applied it and within about a half an hour I felt relief. Mobility increased and pain was very manageable. I highly recommend this product! It hasn’t felt this good in weeks. I’m looking forward to see if it eventually helps with the swelling but if it only keeps the pain at bay, I’m good.

After purchasing the OG brand five times in a row I decided to save two bucks and try the off brand..... stick with the original it works better don't ask me why it just does. ‼️

I had high hopes because I have arthritis. Read as much as I could prior to purchasing, but when I got the item and read up I got really concerned. One warning is to check with your doctor and reason I am a cardiac patient. You can only use it on certain areas of your body. Don't use on shoulder which is one reason I ordered this. Not eligible for return but Amazon did return my money. I think I will go to a pharmacy so that I can get help with what I need.
